Nasal correction, known as rhinoplasty, is a procedure that solves aesthetic and functional problems of the nose such as protruding nasal septum or deviation. When we say Rhinoplasty, most do not refer to aesthetic correction of the nose, but it is important to note that this procedure also addresses the functional problems of the nose, which as an organ plays the most important role in the breathing process. So, in addition to the aesthetic appearance, this procedure corrects structural changes and deviations in the nose as well as improving breathing.

With rhinoplasty, depending on the patient’s wishes and needs, the nose can be reduced in width or size, correcting bumps.

In which cases is this intervention recommended?

At our hospital One Hospital, specialists in plastic and reconstructive surgery recommend rhinoplasty in cases where:

– The nose is larger than usual and disproportionate to the face;
– In a curve, “hook”, uneven nose;
– Breathing problems;
– Asymmetrical nose as a result of a fracture or injury;
– The tip of the nose is large and quite pronounced compared to the other part of the nose;
– You are not satisfied with previous aesthetic adjustments to the nose.
What age is recommended for performing Rhinoplasty?
– In male patients, the most recommended age is 17 years and in female patients 16 years.

How is this intervention performed?
The surgery is performed in our hospital using total anesthesia and can take from 1 to 3 hours depending on how complex it is. After surgery, tampons are inserted into the patient’s nose, which are removed one day after surgery, and the plaster is removed 6 days later. Hospital stay is from 1-3 days.
We guarantee you the perfect look!

From the earliest childhood, the blemishes have been constantly appearing. They can be congenital or acquired. They occur on any part of the body and their occurrence cannot be prevented. They are generally harmless, but in any case their shape, size, and change should be monitored, as they can also be a symptom or indication of serious skin disease.

If they occur in an undesirable place on the face or body, they know they can be an aesthetic problem and affect self-esteem. Some of them can also be painful if they are susceptible to mechanical friction, thereby causing a health problem. The good thing, though, is that they can be removed and thereby stop creating some doubt or affecting self-esteem.

How is this intervention performed?

Before the intervention itself, it is especially important to do some research, i.e. if you have coagulopathy, thyroid problems, elevated blood pressure, kidney or heart disease.
The intervention is performed with local anesthesia and lasts about 20 minutes.
After the procedure, the patient goes home, prescribes certain antibiotics and analgesics as needed, and can return to their daily duties freely the same day. The stitches are removed within 7-12 days, depending on the area being treated. After removing the stitches, the scar is treated with a suitable cream prescribed by the doctor and kneaded for a certain period, also in consultation with the doctor, to the slightest visibility.

Abdomenoplasty (abdominal correction) is a surgical procedure that improves the appearance of the stomach. The main purpose of abdomenoplasty is to eliminate the sagging and deformed stomach by removing excess skin and excess fat.

In which cases does this intervention apply?

Our specialists in plastic and reconstructive surgery recommend abdominoplasty in the following cases:

– The skin of the stomach is hung and has excess fat tissue;
– The stomach is soft and weak as a result of one or more pregnancies, or as a result of abrupt and rapid weakening;
– The stomach has weak and relaxed muscles and skin due to improper lifestyle and physical inactivity.

How is this intervention performed?

Before performing the intervention, in consultation with a specialist doctor, several laboratory tests are required, it is desirable to reduce cigarette smoking and to avoid taking drugs that affect blood coagulation.
The operation is performed with total anesthesia and lasts 2-4 hours. The cut is done in the bikini area and remains almost unobtrusive. The hospital stay lasts for 1-3 days and during that period patients are given antibiotics, analgesics and other medication if needed. After only 7 days, patients are able to move freely, and within 15-20 days they can return to work.

Our body has the power to regenerate and heal the tissues of all parts of the skin. However, with the aging process itself, as well as the different stages of life, skin and hair undergo certain changes. Fortunately, modern medicine has helped to find a solution for serum rejuvenation.

PRP treatment, also known as rejuvenation treatment, is a revolutionary method based on the regenerative power of one’s own blood. Degeneration of our blood vessels releases growth factor that stimulates the proliferation of stem cells responsible for the visible repair and regeneration of tissues.

In what cases is this treatment applied?

Applies to:

– Rejuvenation of the skin
– Remove wrinkles
– Regenerate the skin and improve its elasticity
– Encourage hair growth and straightening by re-activating the hair roots
– Improvement of stains

How is this treatment performed?

The treatment is performed very quickly and easily. It is performed in such a way that the doctor takes blood from the vein in the arm, then spins it for a few minutes and separates the enriched plasma. With a thin needle, plasma enters the skin. An anesthetic cream is applied to the skin for about 40 minutes.
The results are most visible after the third treatment, and the patient can be assured that the skin is more elastic, healthier, hair loss is significantly reduced, hair growth is encouraged, and hair that is growing is healthier and firmer. The second treatment is recommended after 3 weeks and the third after 3 months.

Ears, if they do not occupy the central position of the person, play an important role in how confident and beautiful you are. Otoplasty is a type of surgery that achieves aesthetic correction of over-pointed (open) ears and retracts them, giving them a normal shape and a good fit with the shape of the face.

What age is best suited for this intervention?

It is applied to both children and adults, with the aim of aesthetically correcting the ears, returning to their normal shape and position and restoring patient confidence. The best solution to this problem is to have the surgery done at a child’s age and the child’s age to be over 6 years, because cartilage is softer during that period. However, this is not a strictly defined rule, so of course adults can also aesthetically correct their ears and get the desired look.

How is this intervention performed?

The surgery is performed with anesthesia which can be total (usually recommended in children) and local in adults. A cut is made, the cartilage is modeled to reduce the angle between the head and the ear and the wound is sewn and tied with a compression bandage. The intervention lasts 1-2 hours, depending on how complex the intervention is. The hospital stay depends on the type of anesthesia, so with local anesthesia the patient goes home after a few hours, and if general anesthesia is applied, the patient stays in the hospital for 1 day.

We guarantee a perfect look!

The breasts are symmetrical and even organs, located on the front of the chest are definitely those that symbolize femininity in a woman. The fact is that most women want beautiful and solid breasts.

Over the years, the aging process and weight gain or loss have contributed to changes in the shape and size of the breasts. However, modern medicine today has methods for aesthetic breast correction.
Breast augmentation implants are now being surgically implanted in the breast to make them bigger, firmer and more symmetrical.

The specialist doctor in prior consultation with the patient, depending on the wish, defines the size and shape of the implant. There are many types of implants that can have different size, shape, different texture and different internal composition.
Silicone implants are used for aesthetic breast augmentation, which are soft and maintain their mobility and tension.

How is this intervention performed?

It is especially important, before surgery, to do all possible examinations such as: blood counts, hormone laboratory tests, chest X-ray and other examinations ordered by a specialist doctor, as the implants are placed under the mammary glands and chest muscle and important is to follow these rules.
The surgery is performed with total anesthesia, incision is about 4-5 cm long, under the armpit, under the breast, or circularly around the nipples, and the implant is placed under or above the muscle, without affecting the mammary glands.

Postoperatively, there is mild nipple sensitivity and mild swelling that disappears within 1-2 weeks. About 10 days home care and treatment is recommended, avoiding physical exertion and activities.
After a few weeks, patients can return freely to all sports or physical activities and enjoy their own body and appearance.

We guarantee a perfect look!

Mesotherapy is a technique used for rapid aesthetic purposes, to slow down the aging process and to rejuvenate the skin. It is used by injecting a cocktail of beneficial substances such as vitamins, enzymes, minerals and other active substances directly into the skin to achieve the desired effect.

How is this intervention performed?

Mesotherapy is performed as a series of treatments (usually 3-4) and, depending on the substance or material used, are repeated every 1-2 weeks or one month. The series of treatments is repeated every 6-8 months.
It is performed in such a way that a pre-made cocktail of beneficial substances is injected up to 2mm deep into the skin and every inch of it.
It is applied to face, neck, hands, hips, and a very useful method is as a cellulite reducer, and in that case substances that melt the fat are used.
For visible results, 2-3 treatments are needed. The number of treatments depends on age, the region being treated, but also lifestyle habits such as smoking, drinking, eating and more.
Mesotherapy can be combined with other aesthetic treatments with hyaluronic acid to achieve amazing results.

We guarantee a perfect look!

As a treatment it is quite popular and nowadays it is used by almost everyone.
Botox is a sterile, laboratory purified protein produced by the bacterium Clostridia botulinum, which weakens mimicry activity and soothes mimic wrinkles.

The action starts on day 4 and then the first results can be seen. The treatment is repeated every 4-6 months.
