Nutritionism

Nutrition is defined as a science of how food, beverages and their components act within biological systems. The nutrients contained in the food enable organisms to function.

Personalized nutrition programs:

– for various types of diseases (cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, etc.), including oncological diseases;

– for reduction of weight in children and adults;

– for detoxification;

– for pregnant women.

– for prevention.

These personalized programs are based on a secondary level of personalized nutrition i.e. creating a recommendation depending on individual food intake, anthropometric measurements, including body composition measurements, as well as blood biochemical markers. Clients respond to specially designed questionnaires, receive a nutrition diary and monthly status monitoring.

Personalized and periodic nutrition programs for athletes depending on the level and type of sport. These programs are based on anthropometric and body composition measurements and, depending on the sport, recommendations are made for periodic nutrition, pre competition nutrition, nutrition during competition and post-competition nutrition, all in order to reduce fatigue, injuries and increase performance. As part of the programs, there is a recommendation for ergogenic assistance i.e. use of supplements in terms of type, quantity, timing and duration.

Personalized programs can also be based on a tertiary level of personalized nutrition i.e. creating a recommendation depending on individual food intake, anthropometric measurements, including body composition measurements, blood biochemical markers and genotypic analysis by sampling buccal mucosa. The genotypic analysis can be performed to obtain nutritional or fitness recommendations.
